Pita Way - Grand Rapids Beltline: Your Go-To Mediterranean Dining Experience

Went during a big customer rush for our online order on Wednesday, 3/19 around 7:00 PM. While we were waiting I saw all of the employees working hard and focusing on giving each customer personal attention. They all stayed cool despite how busy it was. Steven helped give us our order when it was ready and apologized for the delay. I thought that it was very fast considering the amount of orders I saw them taking care of while there. Overall, our order was accurate, fresh, and we all enjoyed the food. Good job guys!

Pita way was great :) We were served quickly and they were nice! It is hard to hear the workers and it's hard for the workers to hear you haha. I'm not sure why it seems kinda loud, maybe it's the grill. Like someone else said it is like a Mediterranean Chipotle. Food was delicious, I got the legacy bowl and fire fries which I would recommend. Every bowl comes with pita as well. Good experience

Ordered in an order for our board meeting, worked through email with Clint. I asked to pick up the food at 5:40-5:45 I got there at 5:30 and they put the warm items in and I was able to leave within a few minutes. We had one vegetarian in our group and that worked out beautifully too. There was enough food for all of us and everyone enjoyed it.

This is pretty much a Mediterranean Chipotle. Walk up order at the counter and walk along and pick from all the toppings and they make it in front of you. Everything seemed fresh. They pulled my chicken right off the grill as they made it. Service was very friendly and everything tasted great.

I actually like their food but every time I go in it feels like it's every team members first day. It's chaotic. Last night I ordered on line and despite showing up 20 minutes later and then another 20+ minutes trying to talk to them I left without food. I think the concept is to be like qdoba or similar but the intensity of food prep does not appear to match the concept. Other places like this tend to have one person doing the same part of the process over and over. At this location it seems like everyone is trying to do everything and it is not efficient. The workers are all very nice and work hard so wondering if it's a process problem. I also wonder if the menu is too big for this type of concept?

Amazing fast-casual vegan options! Also, the staff working was so lovely. The young man in particular was thoughtful and went above and beyond to help me make choices with my dietary restrictions in mind. We will definitely be back - and hopefully the owner recognizes the fantastic young people running the restaurant!

Best service ever. Friendly, funny, great food, helpful with everything. Prices are incredible, portions are huge, quality ingredients, and delicious. Regular coupons make it even better. Fed myself and my five kids for $20, with plenty of leftovers. All the love for Pita Way!!
